In the event that you are flying a member of our staff will meet you at the airport. Otherwise,we will deliver your rental car to the address you have requested.

The cars are rented with unlimited kilometres. The rental fee is inclusive of Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, and exclusive of V.A.T. and insurance for tyre puncture, windscreen damage and broken headlights. Delivery to and pick up from hotels and airports in Izmir, Ankara and Istanbul are free of charge (except for a fee of TL40 at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport).

The payment can be made by any European currency valid in Turkey, American dollars, VISA, Master Card or American Express.

So as not to experience technical problems during travel, the rental car(s) maintenance should be made periodically and without delay. However, in case of an accident, you may contact us. In order not to cause you any further inconvenience, our qualified mechanics will reach you and repair the car in the soonest time possible. In case the problem cannot be solved, we will provide you with another car equivalent to the one you have rented.

Without moving the rental car, the hotline (155) for Traffic Police should be called immediately. The police accident and alcohol reports, and the insurance documents of other car(s) involved in the accident should be photocopied and the nearest Pegasus Car Rental Office should be informed.

Each additional driver should sign the contract and hand out the photocopy of a driver’s licence valid in Turkey. In addition, the age requirement of 23 for C-E groups, 25 for K group and 28 for other groups should be met.
